ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation must be requested by email gaptour@gapgroup.co
- Deadlines for cancellation request:
- Cancellations made up to 60 days before date of the arrival: there will be refund but with deduction of 5% of the total paid (limited to a maximum of R$ 50.00) concerning administrative fee equal to 1 night plus the daily value chosen hotel.
- Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days from the date of the arrival: there will refund but with a deduction of R$ 100.00 concerning administrative fee plus the amount corresponding to 2 nights at the hotel chosen if there is no resale of the apartment, or plus the daily value corresponding to 1 night, if the unit is resold to another customer.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of the arrival: THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID..

- May 18th: Departure at 08h30 from SDU and GIG Airports to Hotel Atlântico Búzios
Transfer OUT (departure)
- May 20th: Departure at 15h00 from Hotel Atlântico Búzios to SDU e GIG Airports
- May 21st: Departure at 12h00 from Hotel Atlântico Búzios to SDU e GIG Airports
