- EMAIL: o email do participante e a mensagem enviada através do formulário de "Mensagem para o palestrante" serão fornecidos ao palestrante destinatário da mensagem e aos organizadores do congresso.
- CÂMERA: a câmera do dispositivo é utilizada para leitura do QRCode do crachá do participante com o objetivo de inicializar as atividades da agenda pessoal dentro do aplicativo. Palestrantes terão suas participações na programação científica adicionadas automaticamente. As atividades comuns do congresso serão adicionadas às agendas de todos os participantes.
- LOCALIZAÇÃO: o aplicativo utiliza mapas para indicação do local do evento.
- STATUS DA REDE: algumas funções necessitam de conexão internet para serem executadas, por exemplo: atualização de dados. Nestes casos o aplicativo verifica se o dispositivo está conectado.
- VIBRAÇÃO: o aplicativo utiliza vibração do dispositivo para informar a existência de notificações.

- Nenhuma outra informação pessoal é coletada pelo aplicativo.
- Nenhum outro dado é transferido para servidores externos.
- O aplicativo foi desenvolvido pela Stai Computadores a pedido das Sociedades organizadoras do Congresso.
- As informações contidas no aplicativo são de responsabilidade da organização do Congresso.
- A divulgação de fotos e dados curriculares dos palestrantes foi devidamente autorizada pelos mesmos.
- A divulgação de resumos dos trabalhos científicos foi devidamente autorizada pelos autores.
- A divulgação de logomarcas de organizadores, entidades apoiadoras, patrocinadores e expositores foi devidamente autorizada pelos mesmos.

Below is the personal information and features of the phone or tablet used by the Congress application:
- EMAIL: the participant's email and the message sent through the "Message to the speaker" form will be provided to the speaker who is the recipient of the message and to the conference organizers.
- CAMERA: The camera of the device is used to read the QRCode of the participant's badge in order to initialize personal calendar activities within the application. Speakers will have their participation in scientific programming added automatically. Joint congress activities will be added to the agendas of all participants.
- LOCATION: The application uses maps to indicate the location of the event.
- NETWORK STATUS: some functions require internet connection to be executed, for example: data update. In these cases the application verifies that the device is connected.
- VIBRATION: The app uses device vibration to report notifications.
